We have 30 years of experience in 1:1 mentorship, outdoor & community-based experiential workshops, leadership expeditions & gap year travel.
In 2024, we co-created the Vancouver Youth Leadership Centre as a continuous, long-term mentorship & community experience for young adults & youth. Our focus is life & social skill-building, life/post-secondary planning, capacity-building/certifications and gap year experiences.

Subscription includes:
All in-person, flexible locations across Metro Vancouver.
Monthly 1:1 session with your VYLC mentor/youth worker.
Monthly Saturday group meet-up (full-day outdoor or community-based experience) with your Young Adult VYLC peers and mentor/youth worker(s).
Connection to our Gen Z Travels initiative through Fireside Adventures including opportunities to travel with your VYLC peers and mentor/youth worker(s).
